Our Solutions used in Powerwashing

Our Solutions are  ORGANIC. The Solutions we use ARE NOT CHEMICALS OR SOLVENTS as these are NOT NEEDED.

One of our more regular solutions is a specially-developed blend of Sunlight soap along with tea tree oil and lavender. It does not hurt trees, soils animals, or grass. And it WORKS great! It is plant-friendly so any overspray or run-off will not harm your flowers, shrubs, or lawn. Over the last 25 years of offering power washing services, there has not been even one instance where we have damaged any type of plant life. We are extremely careful to respect your property and your living space. We treat your property like it was our own.

We have for over 40 Years used Organic Solutions that are Developed and  Researched . When we use the solutions its a simple process as to where we  apply the solutions through a special nozzle to the home exteriors, or decks and surfaces.

After letting the solution sit on the  home exteriors or decks and surfaces, we use a low volume spray to remove the green mouldy Algae stains and other dirt & grime that has attached itself to those surfaces.

Time and care is taken to treat every home exterior, or deck/surfaces to see what is the best way to approach the Powerwashing of what you need done. We treat every home exterior or surface/eaves/gutter/downspout/decks/driveways etc. as if its our own home.

BLEACH is NEVER USED by us. BLEACH is very destructive to plants, soils, the roots & systems of plants, soils, grass etc.

If someone tells you they USE BLEACH then simply put do not use that Contractor. It is a lazy-easy way to destroy what you have worked so hard to achieve. I Cannot say enough about UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES Should bleach ever be used .
